Hola friends! Today I'm excited to start the first of a series of posts that go into detail on the rooms featured in our Southern Weddings home tour. When we were first published on their blog, I got lost of questions on where things throughout our home came from. The next few "Home Sourcing Guide" posts will answer those questions and more. Enjoy!

As we talked about in the interview, our current home is a rental in Northern Virginia, so we're limited in what we can truly update. If you’ve seen photos of our last home that we owned in
Richmond, you know I like painted ceilings and wallpaper features. That’s not
really an option in a rental, but we did manage to find ways to make it our
own.
Today I’m going to start out with the very first room you
walk into in our house, the main living room. I kept the color palate neutral
here, like in our RVA home, but did add small touches of blue this time around.
I think the two matching white couches are the most striking pieces
in our living room and you guys were really interested in how I picked them,
where I got them, and how I keep them clean. I answered all those questions and
more in this post which even gives you step-by-step cleaning instructions.
