Happy Monday folks! I am SO excited to share this post today with y'all!! This past December I had the honor of being a bridesmaid in one of my best friend's weddings in Charleston, SC. It was such an enchanted day with lots of holiday and Christmas inspiration that turned out to just be gorgeous!!
It's rare when you find a couple that you love like they're both your own family, but that's how we feel about Tyler and Mikael. Tyler and Ryan grew up together as best friends and I can't even tell you how excited we were when he found Mikael and they fell in love. I couldn't help but share some of my favorite photos from this special day, all shot by Kate McKinley photography.
The day started and ended at the Wickliffe House where we girls got ready and snapped some cute photos.
I was five months preggo at this time and remember feeling so big at this wedding, but looking back at these photos it looks so comfortable compared to how I feel now at nine months :).
Our shirts were all monogrammed! |
How stunning is Mikael's Mom! |
This was one of my favorite personal touches Mikael added - her new monogram! |
Then it was outside for a couple photos and into St. Luke's Chapel for the ceremony to begin!
My husband's a goof ball, nice photo Ry! |
After the ceremony it was back across the street to the Wickliffe House where the festivities began!!
Jingle bells were the party favors! |
The back of the cake mimicked the back of the Bride's dress! |
Go Tigers! You can tell I'm not thrilled to be in a photo with Cocky... |
How gorgeous are my MIL and SIL?! |
What an amazing day that went off without a hitch!! It seriously was one of the biggest joys to see these two so happy and jumping right in to life as forever partners in crime!
What's your favorite part of their big day?
